ANALYSIS & STRATEGIC PLANNING
The first step BSI takes in our Clientcare Continuum is to get to know your personnel and your business goals and objectives.
Once we have a good understanding of where you are and where you want to be with your employee benefits plan, we provide a comprehensive analysis of your existing benefits plan design and research the market for competitive alternatives that best match the new objectives considering both design and cost.
We then analyze all current and alternative programs and make recommendations to improve the plan design.
Once a new plan design has been agreed upon we create a comprehensive Integrated Employee Benefits Solution strategy for its implementation, communication, automation, on-going management, regular assessment and improvements and any necessary or requested administrative services to be handled through BSI or one of our partners.
IMPLEMENTATION
Once an Integrated Employee Benefits Solution strategy has been developed, we put complete implementation support into high-gear. From enrollment to on-going benefits and billing administration, BSI is focused on reducing the benefits-related workload and processes and streamlining on-going benefits management for our clients' Human Resources departments.

Enrollment folders, guides, newsletters, tents, postcards, posters, banners and more
Employee benefits communication websites and portals providing benefit overviews, online and downloadable forms and materials, links to carriers, tools, resources and more - can be class-specific and encrypted with ID and password protection
Video and interactive training and self-learning tools
Call Center support for HR and employees

BENEFITS AUTOMATION
BSI's employee benefits automation solution provides our clients' Human Resources teams with a fully-supported online benefits enrollment and administrative system. This component in the BSI Clientcare Continuum helps to streamline the business processes of benefits administration and eliminates unnecessary and redundant tasks.
When coupled with a communications website or portal, employees and administrators will have access to all the benefit information they need 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
Our benefits enrollment and administration platforms provide the open and on-going enrollment and administration tools and resources our clients need, consolidates employee data and centralizes billing. Our dedicated account management team provides year-round expertise and technical support.
The online benefits enrollment and administrative system consolidates all of your benefits information, tools and resources into one convenient, secure place. Benefits personnel and individual employees can have designated access privileges to this easy-to-use, client-specific tool.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & CLIENT SERVICES
Another vital component in the BSI Clientcare Continuum is Client Services.
A strong, experienced and dedicated Account Management team that includes financial, human resources, benefits, marketing/communications and technology professionals is assigned to every client to provide plan oversight and on-going support at all managerial and employee levels.
BSI partners with our clients to assist in determining the appropriate level of management and support resources necessary to meet current and future needs.
Additionally, our Call Center/ Help Desk is available via telephone and email to both Human Resources/ Benefits Management and to employees for fast, reliable answers to important benefits questions, technical issues and other support matters.
The BSI Call Center/ Help Desk is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
ON-GOING STRATEGIC PLAN MANAGEMENT
The regular Plan Management component of BSI's Clientcare Continuum includes on-going review of each benefit program to assess its performance versus plan goals and objectives. Of central focus is the performance of the medical carrier, specific claims activity, regular review of the prescription benefit and billing analysis.
With medical and prescription costs soaring and delivery systems continuously changing, our understanding and knowledge of the benefits landscape allows us to provide clients with opportunities to save time and money by regularly analyzing these programs.
